Rebuild /etc/mail/sendmail.cf with the "noexpn" Privacy Flag set.

Procedure:
Edit /etc/mail/sendmail.mc resetting the Privacy Flags to the default:

Rebuild the sendmail.cf file with:
# make -C /etc/mail

Restart the sendmail service.
# service sendmail restart
